Program Latihan MADANI’s MSME Development Initiative Sees First Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification by MBizM Sdn. Bhd.

PETALING JAYA, 11 September 2024 – MBizM Sdn. Bhd. has successfully completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course, a comprehensive 5-day training program held at the Acappella Suite Hotel, Shah Alam over two sessions: 3rd-5th September (Session 1) and 10th-11th September (Session 2). This marks the first time MBizM Sdn. Bhd. has offered this course as part of the MSME Development Initiative under the newly established Program Latihan MADANI (PLM), spearheaded by HRD Corp.

The exclusive face-to-face public training welcomed 25 MSME employees from various industries, creating an intimate yet impactful learning environment. Led by our esteemed full-time certified trainers, participants delved into high-level Lean Six Sigma topics, covering essential Green Belt-level concepts such as process improvement, quality management, and problem-solving techniques – each meticulously tailored to the unique challenges faced by companies of multiple industries.

Alongside in-depth lectures, the course featured interactive workshops, group activities, and case studies, allowing participants to immerse themselves in real-world business operation scenarios. These immersive sessions allowed participants to directly relate the knowledge gained to their respective organizations, enhancing their ability to achieve continuous improvement.

Participants were highly engaged throughout the program, posing thoughtful questions and providing valuable feedback, further enriching the learning experience. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course has received positive feedback, marking a successful debut for MBizM Sdn. Bhd. in providing this training under PLM.

However, the journey doesn’t end here. The participants are now gearing up for the final step—sitting for the internationally recognized CSSC examination, which will grant them their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification upon passing. We wish them the best of luck as they move towards this prestigious milestone!
