MBizM Sdn. Bhd. Collaborates with UTHM’s Faculty of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (FKMP) to Launch Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Postgraduate Educational Programme

Petaling Jaya, 10 May 2024 – MBizM Sdn Bhd, the No.1 Lean Six Sigma consulting and training provider in Malaysia, is honoured to announce the collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (FKMP) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). This exciting collaboration aims to offer the faculty’s postgraduate students the opportunity to participate in MBizM’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Educational Programme.

The training, which includes an internal exam, will be conducted virtually with a trainer overseeing the entire programme. Upon successfully completing the training programme and passing the internal exam (with the option for one retake), students will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification of Completion with international accreditation logos.

Lean Six Sigma is a process improvement and problem-solving methodology that combines the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma that aims to improve the quality of products or services by eliminating waste and reducing variations, streamline processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, and enhance an organization’s operational performance.

By taking the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Educational Training Programme, the students can effectively learn and utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to apply in various situations throughout their careers, with customers and suppliers to achieve business improvement results. On top of that, they can develop their problem-solving skills, enhance their professional development, and increase their career opportunities and income potential.
