Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Build a working command of Lean Six Sigma in three days. This hands-on Yellow Belt course gives you a complete toolbox of core process-improvement methods and the confidence to apply them inside real projects, not just in theory.

Delivered in Kuala Lumpur by certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt consultants, the programme walks you through the five DMAIC phases — Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control — using real-world case studies and interactive group exercises. You’ll learn how to scope an improvement project, build process maps, identify non-value-added activity, and test, implement and sustain practical solutions.

The training is HRD Corp claimable for eligible Malaysian employers.

Recognised, exam-ready training

On completion you’ll be well prepared to sit external Yellow Belt certification examinations with recognised international bodies such as IASSC, the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) or the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI). External certification is optional and can be pursued independently after the course.
