Delivered in Kuala Lumpur by certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt consultants, the programme takes you through the full Define–Measure–Analyse–Improve–Control roadmap. You’ll learn to collect and analyse performance data, diagnose root causes, design and test improvements, and put controls in place that make the gains stick — applied to medium and high-impact projects, not textbook examples.
The training is HRD Corp claimable for eligible Malaysian employers.
